This property is a traditional 18th-century stone villa situated in a splendid position with stunning views of the medieval town of Cortona, in the near distance.
The villa with its guesthouse has been renovated to a 5 star, luxurious home maintening the original structure and using top quality materials throughout.
The property has totally 6 ensuite bedrooms, large open living spaces, panoramic pool and lots more.
The property is surrounded by 26 hectares of land, including 200 olive trees, part of woodland,
2 hectares of garden, parkland and a 5 year old Syrah grape vineyard currently producing about 80 bottles per year.
The house is characterised by large open rooms, particularly the main living area that connects the main building to the guesthouse hosting two bedrooms.
Between the main villa and the guesthouse is a covered dining area equipped for eating “al fresco” with a barbecue and its view seems a picture postcard to Cortona.
Above the property is the large heated pool, with a stone paved solarium area and a motorised cover. Near the pool area, there is also an external shower with hot water and a bathroom.
It provides a great location for those who wish to enjoy the peaceful, unspoiled surroundings of the Tuscan & Umbrian countryside, yet be close to local activity, restaurants, & historic sites.
