13. Wooden cladding - repair if necessary and periodic varnishing.
14. Window PVC package – prevention and replacement of damaged double-glazed windows (if the property is insured).
15. Electricity - addressing current issues.
16. Water supply and sewerage - repair and replacement of mixing taps if necessary.
17. Laminated parquet - repair. (The possibility of replacing an entire area of parquet flooring if the property is insured and the insurance company covers the corresponding costs caused by the damage).
18. Air conditioning prevention (includes freon charge).
19. Painting the interior of the property if necessary. Repair of surfaces and re-varnishing of wooden surfaces every 3 years.
20. Elimination of problems arising as a result of the leak.
21. Moisture removal in real estate plus complete repair of external parts and adjacent terraces.
22. Wooden fences – periodic repairs and varnishing.
23. Repairing the – boiler is not a complete replacement.
