The rental of subsidized apartments must be made primarily to eligible persons in the form of unlimited master leases.

A person entitled to benefits is a person who:

is of age

whose annual income (family income) does not exceed 40,800 euros. This amount increases by 50% for the second loved one living in the household and by 5,400 euros for each additional person

obliges to use the subsidized apartment exclusively to satisfy his urgent housing needs on a regular basis

obliges to renounce his rights to the previously used apartment to satisfy his urgent housing needs within 6 months after moving into the subsidized apartment.
