RENTAL OPTIONS  

Owners have the option of putting the Villa into the rental program that will be managed by the Resort and Spa. The revenues received by the hotel management are allocated to the owner(60%) and the hotel operator(40%). 

PAYMENT TERMS AND INFORMATION

  • Reservation Deposit THB 1 million.
  • 30% of the selling price less deposit on the contract signing date and within 15 days from the reservation date.
  • Balance of Payment 70 % of the selling price to be paid on the registration date or upon the completion of the top 2 floors.
