Location: The « YAVORAK » complex is located in the coastal city of Chan exactly in the middle of the Montenegrin coast. This location provides convenient access to two international airports in Tivat and Podgorica, as well as the train station in Sutomore.
The complex is surrounded by old stone houses with a history of 500 years, there is a fountain with excellent drinking water nearby. The territory is on terraces, the upper terrace is the house and the patio, the lower one is the orange garden. The patio offers magnificent views of the sea, a wide valley and a mountain « Velnye Castle ».
Beach: the distance to the beach is 1200 m, you can walk on the road or through a green and shady valley along the stream, and you can drive a stop on the city bus.
Chan Beach is pebbles, one of the most beautiful on the coast. Equipped with hammocks and umbrellas. Around the beach there are many restaurants, cafes, shops with a beach assortment. Description of the cabin.
Cottage « Yavorak » has 2 floors connected by an external staircase. On the 1st floor there is a living room, a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with a sink, a toilet and a shower.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathroom.
From the second floor balcony, a staircase with a forged railing leads to the flat roof of the cabin, where a terrace with panoramic views of the sea is equipped, the mountains and a wide green valley.
The cabin is built of natural stone. Thick walls ( 60 cm ) protect in summer from heat and in winter from cold.
The cabin is designed for 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children and is fully delivered.
The patio has furniture to relax, a 9x4 outdoor pool, a grill, 1-2 car parking, umbrellas, and sun loungers.
Living room
The living room is furnished with a set of upholstered leather furniture and a folding chair. There is a television and DVD.
The sofa is lying in a place to sleep.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen furniture, a dining table, chairs, a refrigerator, an electric stove and a set of necessary kitchen and dining utensils.
Rooms
The rooms are located on the second floor. The entrance to them leads from a long common balcony through a small hallway. The bathroom borders the rooms.
One of the rooms has a double bed, gauze, a chest of drawers, a television. The other has two separate beds, a gauze and bedside tables.
