Atterrir Rijeka Rezevici, Monténégro

Rijeka Rezevici is a small picturesque village on the famous Monenegrin “Budva Riviera” coastline.  It is located just 4 km South of the famous Montenegrin resort of Sveti Stefan.  Rijeka Rezevici has some of the most exclusive luxury developments on the Budva Riviera comprising in the main of either large detached modern villas or, in the historic central part of the village, historic white stone villas. The land is located 120m from the sea.  Under currently proposed Montenegrin legislation, this land will, in effect, become “front line” as it is proposed that all development within 100 meters of the sea will be prohibited. 2 objects are currently included for construction on the land.  The combined total footprint for both objects is 112 m2 and each object is included for 3 level construction (S+P+1), so a total of 337 sq m built living space is included in the urbanistic plan. The objects which are included in the urbanistic plan are categorised for residential or commercial (tourism only) usage.
