This unique project combines the international hotel brand Hyatt Centric and the first exhibition space of the World Trade Center (WTC) in the region. The complex is located in the prestigious part of the city of Batumi, on the first coastline a minute from the sea.
The Alliance Centropolis project combines the first international exhibition center (WTC) in the region, the 5-star international hotel brand Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi, casinos, property investment apartments, class A business center, class A shopping center.
- Tower A will house the Hyatt Centric International Hotel, Boulevard Batumi and Business Centre, while Blocks B and C will house premium apartments. Skyscrapers are constructed from the highest quality building materials, providing high structural strength and seismic resistance. The facade of the buildings will be decorated with stained glass. The units will be equipped with high-speed freight and passenger elevators, innovative technological equipment, necessary engineering communications, fire alarm, reinforced concrete foundation and a monolithic frame.
- The project will house the region’s first International Exhibition Centre (WTC), which serves as an “international ecosystem” of global connectivity and integrated trade services under the umbrella of the prestigious brand. The association plans more than 6,000 events a year. This means that during the year, one exhibition center has about 20-25 events, which on average last 3-4 days, which will contribute to the full occupancy of hotel rooms throughout the year.
The hotel rooms will be managed by the world-renowned American luxury brand Hyatt Hotels & Resort, which has more than 1,150 hotels worldwide. From the windows there is a stunning view of the sea.
- Cooperation with global companies and hotel brands positions Alliance Centropolis as a complex of international importance. This provides an international standard of service, and thanks to the ideal location near the sea, the impressive number of entertainment infrastructure in one space and international collaborations, the apartments will have year-round occupancy.
