We are proud to present a high-quality and functional family stone villa, located in a quiet location without noise and large crowds.
It is an autochthonous Istrian stone villa, which has been completely renovated with the use of modern solutions and quality materials in 2023-2024.
This stone villa consists of living space where 110m2 belongs to the house, while the rest belongs to the part of the terrace and auxiliary building.
The building consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a larger open space where there is a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen from an Italian manufacturer. The living room is slightly separated, decorated with a functional wood-burning fireplace. From the living room there is access to a larger covered terrace, ideal for entertaining friends and family, and for relaxing after an active day. During the renovation, the owners paid attention to every single detail of the villa, taking into account how it was made for the needs of the owners, in addition, modern solutions were used, which makes the stay in this stone villa even more pleasant and simple.
