Marina Hills Resort consists of 3 luxury villas with a total of 12 bedrooms, 2 outdoor and one indoor pool, and with a stunning panoramic sea view. Each villa has 4 bedrooms for 8 people. All 3 pools are heated, and the area around the 2 outdoor pools is equipped with underfloor heating, to make it more comfortable for guests to use them in the pre and post-season. The living areas of the villas are approximately 1150 m2 on a plot of 2468 m2. The villas are modernly equipped both inside and on the outdoor areas. All 3 villas are a separate entity, and the privacy of each is respected, both architecturally and horticulturally. The entire property is planted with hundreds of plant seedlings, from palms and other ornamental shrubs, flowers, to various fruit trees that guests have at their disposal (cherries, plums, figs, nectarines, lemons, apples, grapes, etc.). The entire green area with lawns and the mentioned plants is equipped with automatic irrigation and is cared for by a licensed agronomist. The villas are separated by individual water, energy, and air conditioning – ventilation systems and are independent of each other in this regard. In the complex, besides the residential part of the villas, there is also a tavern of 70 m2 that can accommodate up to 30 people and is used for internal purposes. All bathrooms are equipped with top-quality fittings and chrome holders for Rituals cosmetics (shampoos, conditioners, body balms, etc.). The villas can serve for personal private purposes, but are also ideal for rental in tourism. With the intention, two outdoor and one indoor pool were built, so the whole year is utilized in terms of accommodation.
