Construction is monolithic, using modern “dry” construction technologies, with guaranteed high quality materials. All walls (including internal ones) are laid with brick or foam concrete, an environmentally friendly material, with excellent technical characteristics. The internal walls and ceiling are covered with plasterboard.

Support fee in the complex

Apartment owners pay the part of the costs related to the apartment for the maintenance and management of the complex, at a rate of 21 euros including VAT of 20% per meter of CLEAN apartment area.

Also, the owner of the apartment pays an annual fee for using the Internet and television and servicing key cards in the amount of 215 euros excluding VAT.

 

Payment scheme

The first payment – 20% is paid upon conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.

Balance 80% of the cost – installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer:
-for a period of up to 3 years with an increase of 5% per annum;
-for a period of 3 to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 6.5% per annum;
-for a period of 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 9.7% per annum.

Installment payments are made in quarterly instalments.
In case of payment of a down payment of 30%, when signing a preliminary agreement, a 0.5% discount on the cost is provided.

In case of payment of a down payment of 40%, when signing a preliminary agreement, a 1% discount on the sale price is provided.

In the case of payment of a down payment of 50%, when signing a preliminary agreement, a 1.5% discount on the sale price is provided. 


When paying the cost of the apartment in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided

The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 20% of the cost.
