This fantastic complex consisted of six villas and set up on a plot of 2000 sq.m. is surrounded by green tropical trees and has beach front access. 4 of these villas are single-storey and 2 – two-storey.
ADVANTAGES OF THE LOCATION:
The most important advantage is definitely a beachfront location and extensive infrastructure, both on-site and in the vicinity. Very closely, just fifteen minutes by boat, there are Koh Pa islands. These islands are attractive for those tourists who love fishing, snorkeling and diving. It will take you just an hour by boat to get to Similan, Tachai and Surin Islands. If you travel by car, you can easily reach the National Park Khao Sok and a stunning lake Cheo Lan which are just sixty minutes away from the villas.
All villas are provided with private swimming pools (12.5 x 6.25 m) where you can enjoy fantastic sea views. En-suit bathrooms are equipped with modern showers and Jacuzzi. European style kitchen contains all necessary domestic appliances, and even a dishwasher. There is a convenient parking in front of each villa and a large storage room inside.
Each villa is connected to cable and satellite TV with a separate parabolic antenna which is used to improve picture quality.
In addition to a private pool, there is also a comfortable leisure area at the terrace where you can relax and breathe fresh sea air.
The interior is designed in soft natural colors and fabrics. Main materials which were used in the decoration are wood and stone. So, these villas are a piece of stunning nature and they are designed definitely in modern Asian style.
The guests of the complex may also enjoy a shared 25-meter swimming pool with a separate area for children, beautiful waterfall and Jacuzzi. Also nearby there is a night-club, bar, restaurant, gym and a comfortable massage room.
