The villa is located in a green urbanization on a hill opposite a small beautiful cove framed by rocks and pine trees for which the Costa Brava is so famous. The beach is 7 minutes by car, as well as a supermarket and a tourist area leading to the beach, filled with restaurants of different cuisines and bars, as well as souvenir shops and beach accessories, a pharmacy, the city center with a discotheque and entertainment area, a casino. When descending to the bay, there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, yacht and boat rental), a restaurant and a playground on the beach. Within 10-15 minutes by car, there is the Water Park www.waterworld.es, the Children's Gnomo Park www.gnomo-park.com and the Dolphinarium www.marineland.es. Within walking distance (10 minutes) there is a grocery store and a restaurant.
