The three-star hotel, which is on the first shoreline, in Baoshichi, Herceg Novi, is for sale. The hotel area is 800m2 and it is possible to complete another 400m2 (permission obtained). The hotel has a gym, a beauty salon, a restaurant with a capacity of 200 people, a separate beach, and a restaurant on the beach. Herceg Novi is located on the shore of the Gulf of Kotor, Adriatic Sea. The town lies in a valley, at the foot of Mount Orien.
