The basis of the concept of the object is the combination of the most important aspects of modern real estate – functionality, environmental friendliness, as well as the convenience of its location and developed infrastructure. The building consists of 2 floors.

The 2nd floor is one large hall, which is currently used as an office space.
At the upper level of the building is a green terrace of 450 m ². In the summer of 2013, a glass conference room of 140 m ² was built at the same level.
Staircase on 4 levels of black granite. Especially for this project, designed and manufactured lamps. All communications – heating, electrics and weak currents are embedded in the floor. The floor of the filler is made using special technology. The entire available land area of 1060 m ² is completely built up.
The building is economical in maintenance, gas heating (Wiesemann boiler), a powerful ventilation and cooling system – Swedish Envistar system, its own well – 127 m deep, exclusive decoration, German plumbing. 2 lines of optical cable – Lattelecom, Telia. Powerful server. Real estate and land tax per month is 500 euros, as this is a commercial development zone.
The ideal location of the – facility is only 5 minutes by car to the international airport « Riga », 15 minutes – to the center of Jurmala, 15 minutes – to the center of Riga. Across the road is the new building of the American embassy. Nearby are Statoil, Lexus Riga salons, Wess motors Toyota, Gross auto.
The building was commissioned in autumn 2009. The project was nominated for an architectural award of the year. The technical design of the building was made in Germany. The building was built as an art salon. Monolithic concrete and glass building. Interior decoration of walls and columns – open specially processed concrete. Zero parking is provided for 16 cars, there is also parking along the building.
