This lovely historic stone house is located in Vamos, Apokoronas, Chania. The property consists of a traditional stone building of 170 sqm, currently configured with two independent units, set on a 294 sqm plot. It also offers additional buildability of 70 sqm, allowing the possibility for a third residence.
The property is a renovation opportunity, already in the early stages of renovation, with all necessary permits in place to allow the project to continue smoothly. It features traditional stone architecture with beautiful interior arches and enjoys beautiful mountain views from the upper level.
The outdoor space includes a charming garden with mature rose bushes, a lemon tree, and an original traditional cistern.
The existing layout provides two fully independent residential units, each with its own entrance, kitchen and living area, bathroom, and private circulation. One unit offers two bedrooms, while the second provides one bedroom. This configuration makes the property ideal for holiday rentals, long-term rental, or mixed personal and guest use.
The property is within a 10-minute walk from the center of the village and a 12-minute drive from Kalyves beach, combining village convenience with easy access to the coast.
