The building includes parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. It provides twice as many parking spots as legally required, with an option for tenants to decrease their allocation for a monthly saving of 70 euros per spot. The cost includes a fully outfitted building with comprehensive electromechanical installations.
