The complex consists of two stages: the first stage is Building B, the second stage is Building A.
Building B is ready, Act 15 (fall 2023) and Act 16 (March 2024) are to be received.
Building A: completion is scheduled for September 2024.
High-quality materials from European manufacturers are used in construction (natural travertine stone, wrought iron, Austrian Wienerberger brick, high-quality Austrian Weber plaster, German Alplast windows - five-chamber, double-glazed windows, etc.).
The complex has studios, apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms.
The apartments are sold ready, with a turnkey finish, equipped with bathrooms, without air conditioners. Windows and doors are equipped with a thermal bridge, armored entrance doors, interior doors made of MDF. Floor coverings are made of porcelain stoneware and laminate.
