Hoża Street has been known since 1762, and received its name in 1770 in honor of the beautiful gardens located on both sides of the road. The house at number 35 is located between Poznańska, Marszałkowska and Wilcza streets. Construction began in the 1930s, and the building survived World War II, remaining one of the few remaining in Śródmieście. The house has a spacious and bright courtyard, which is currently being modernized, and new landscaping is planned.
The apartment is two-sided: the windows of the living room with the kitchen face the northwest, and the rest of the building faces the sunny south side. Situated on the comfortable first floor (there is an elevator), the ceiling height is 3.1 m. A thorough renovation was carried out under the supervision of architects, who restored pre-war elements: decorative stucco decorations on the ceilings and wooden floors in the rooms. Current layout:
- A spacious 14 m² hall with beautiful lighting and a built-in wardrobe divides the apartment into two zones:
Living part:
- Living room 50 m² with an elegant kitchen and a balcony overlooking Hoża street
- Guest room 12.7 m² with special soundproofing with wooden panels
- Bathroom 10.87 m² with a window, a bathtub and a shower area in blue marble
- Study/library 22 m² with custom-made steel shelving
Private part:
- Bedroom 22 m² with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning
- Bathroom 5.54 m² in dark marble with a shower
- Utility room with a laundry
The apartment comes with a parking space in the courtyard of the neighboring house.
Within walking distance there are shops, a local market with vegetables and fruits, a bakery and many restaurants.
