The site is located in the central-eastern part of the Prague Poludne district, in the urban area of Olsinka Grochowska. Around are the streets Markovskaya, Bychinskaya, Boremlovskaya and Khlopitsky. To the south, about 300 meters, is the street. Saserów, and even further, about 800 meters, st. Grokhovskaya. The site is located on a small residential street serving local traffic only.
The immediate surroundings of the site consist of single-family and small apartment buildings with a height of 2.5 - 3 floors. There are also many green areas nearby, such as Skaryshevsky Park and Olshinka Grokhovskaya Landscape and Historical Reserve. Public transport is well accessible: bus routes go along Saserów and Chłopicki streets, tram lines are located at ul. Grochowska, and the cable car station is 450 meters away.
Plot No. 193, with an area of 325 m², is rectangular in size, approximately 13 x 25 m, and is fenced.
It is located right next to the asphalt road st. Bychinskaya. The site is undeveloped, overgrown with self-sown trees and shrubs, the territory is disordered.
There are ruined buildings on the site that are subject to demolition.
The site is equipped with water supply and electricity, and there is a sewerage and gas network nearby. There is a telecommunications network on the other side of the street.
