Part of the plot (4950 m²) is intended for individual residential construction, the rest is not intended for development.
The maximum building area is 990 m², the building intensity is 0.25, the minimum index of biologically active surface is 60%. Parking and storage - prices and availability are negotiable.
After analysis, construction is possible:
Option I: 5 single-family, semi-detached houses with an area of approximately 247.5 m² each. There are 10 rooms in total, each of which has 2 garage spaces.
Option II: 7 single-family houses on separate plots with a minimum area of 500 m². Each house has one apartment of approximately 100 m² with 2 garage spaces.
