The cottages are designed in such a way that each group of houses will be surrounded by a beautiful park area and alleys with places to relax. The houses are located in the interior of the complex and, depending on their location, have views of the sea, swimming pools or forest. The architecture of the townhouses uses elements of the classical and Mediterranean styles.  Each of the houses offers a high standard and convenience to its occupants. For this purpose, two zones – «Day» and «Night» are separated.  Different areas, depending on their purpose, include a dining room, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms and an additional room that can be used for an office, library or children's room, according to the individual needs of the client.

The villas have an area of 145 to 166 sq.m., depending on the area they consist of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.
The villas are located in the interior of the complex, surrounded by greenery and alleys with recreation areas. Each house has a view of the park area, swimming pools or forest.
The architecture of the villas uses elements of classical and Mediterranean style. The location is shaped to offer true comfort to its occupants.
Conventionally, houses have two zones – „day“ and „night“. Depending on their purpose, they include: dining room, living room, bathrooms, two or three bedrooms and an additional room that can be used as an office or children's room.
In the living room you can receive guests while you prepare a delicious dinner. The bedrooms are located on the second floor for greater tranquility and home comfort. The spacious terrace can be used as a summer living room where you can spend time with the whole family.
Each villa has a separate external green courtyard where you can enjoy the sea breeze or just play with the children. And at the same time, you are just a few steps from the beach.

Villas consist of 3 or 4 bedrooms, depending on the area and location.
Completion date: June 2025.

The payment scheme for this phase is:
-deposit of EUR 5 000;
-minimum first payment of 30% of the value within 2 weeks of deposit;
-possibility of payment in installments until 31.05.2024. 

Houses are rented without finishing work! The developer offers a finishing option for an additional fee.

Support and service fee in the complex: 

The support fee is payable from the moment of taking possession of the property, year-round from date to date.  
Includes year-round maintenance, security, video surveillance, use of structures in the complex: swimming pools, green areas, sports grounds. Maintenance, elevator and cleaning of common areas in buildings and procedures related to the maintenance of the complex.
