Location
The complex is located on a unique natural isthmus of the Pomorie Peninsula, in the heart of the largest Black Sea bay on the Bulgarian coast - the Burgas Bay. At the beginning of the narrow strip of land separating the lake from the sea, between the two banks, in harmony with the isthmus line, is the architectural ensemble of the complex. It is located 20 km from the administrative and transport center – of Burgas, located south, 15 minutes by car from „Burgas“ airport and just 5 minutes by foot from the multidisciplinary balneological and spa complex of the Grand Hotel Pomorie.

Resort town of Pomorie
Pomorie is located on a cramped, rocky peninsula, on the Black Sea coast, 20 km from Burgas, 18 km from the famous Sunny Beach resort and 12 km from the beautiful, ancient city of Nessebar. This favorable location provided the resort with great popularity and became one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the southern Black Sea region of Bulgaria. Pomorie has a very ancient history: the city was founded by the Thracians at the end of the 5th century BC. Since its founding, the city has been one of the most important Black Sea cities in Bulgaria. The main industries in this region are tourism, salt mining and winemaking.

Parapets on the terraces of wrought iron apartments. Entrance and interior doors – made of high-quality natural material from a Bulgarian manufacturer, made to a special order from the developer. Flooring on floor areas – Egyptian marble. Each building of the complex has an elevator with wood and gilding trim. Each apartment has a separate electricity meter. Window frames are dark gray in the highest class, energy-efficient double-glazed windows with a special coating.

One, two, three and four bedroom apartment, with spacious rooms, with high ceilings, orientation east facing the sea and southwest overlooking the lake.
The area of the apartments varies from 85.18 sq.m. up to 307.78 sq.m.  Apartment owners can live in the complex year-round.
