Construction characteristics
Construction is monolithic, using modern “dry” construction technologies, with guaranteed high quality materials. All walls (including internal ones) are filled with Ytong foam concrete, an environmentally friendly material with better technical characteristics than brick. The internal walls and ceiling are covered with plasterboard.

Support fee in the complex
Apartment owners make annual payments in the amount of 15.50 euros, including 20% VAT per meter of the total area of the apartment, providing: Support for the territory of the complex, Support for common parts of buildings, Support and repair of infrastructure and communications, Support and care for swimming pools, Support and care for green spaces, Year-round 24-hour security, Use of sun loungers by the pool and umbrellas, Use of elevators, Lighting of common parts of the territory, Lighting of common parts of the building, Ventilation and inspection of the apartment as owners leave, Warranty repairs and support for interior decoration elements of apartments.
For an additional fee, a huge number of services are offered – everything that may be needed during a holiday in Bulgaria.
Construction deadlines
Start of construction - February 2008.
Commissioning - March 2010.
Payment schemes:
The first payment – 20% is paid upon conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.
Balance 80% of the cost – installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer:
-for a period of up to 3 years with an increase of 5% per annum;
-for a period of 3 to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 6.5% per annum;
-for a period of 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - an increase in price of 9.7% per annum.
Installment payments are made in quarterly instalments.
In case of payment of a down payment of 30%, when signing a preliminary agreement, a 0.5% discount on the cost is provided.
In case of payment of a down payment of 40%, when signing a preliminary agreement, a 1% discount on the sale price is provided.
In the case of payment of a down payment of 50%, when signing a preliminary agreement, a 1.5% discount on the sale price is provided.
When paying the cost of the apartment in full within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided
The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 20% of the cost.
