HILLSIDE COMPLEX
Apartments in Hillside are located above the Marina complex, just 150 m from the sea, next to a 5-star hotel. The complex consists of 10 residential blocks built in a comfortable traditional style, each designed for no more than 6 apartments, with unobstructed views of the golf course and the sea. There are three swimming pools for residents of the complex, and the close distance from the beach and pier turns the complex into one of the most attractive places to live in the entire resort.
The complex is distinguished by wide spaces, with spacious living spaces and terraces, a variety of apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, and different areas - from 36 to 139 square meters. m. The dimensions of the terraces vary from 8 to 40 square meters. m. and offer a wonderful view. Each apartment has underground parking; Large apartments have more than one parking space.
MARINA COMPLEX
Marina – complex shopping center and entertainment center of the resort. Located only a few meters from the water, the complex contains a residential part with shops, restaurants and a comfortable, picturesque area. The complex has an excellent location directly facing the wharf and pond of the golf course, and all its apartments have the undisputed advantage of – facing south.
The Marina complex offers a variety of apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms to choose from, located in 6 residential blocks. The area of apartments ranges from 59 sq. m. up to 149 sq. m, with an average area of 93 sq. m. The size of the terraces varies from 9 to 71 sq.m., and the average area is 22 sq. m. m.
Finished apartments are distinguished by luxurious finishing work and fully equipped kitchens, including all kitchen appliances. Small rustic cottages are built of traditional brick.
Owners of real estate in the golf complex receive membership in the club for 20 years.
Those wishing to become a member of the golf club, but who do not own property in the golf complex, pay a fee of 40,000 euros.
