The roof is flat, hydro-, steam- and heat-insulated, with several layers of high-quality roofing.

It is planned to lay the general thermal insulation of the facade of the XPS type with strips of fire-resistant stone wool.

The building design includes the construction of all necessary utility networks - power distribution, water supply and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. To increase the thermal efficiency of the building, it is planned to lay an additional layer of heat and sound insulation. All fire safety measures were taken during installation of electrical installations.
