Support fee in the complexes:
10.80 euros with VAT per sq.m. House maintenance, this price includes not only support for the common parts of the complex, the swimming pool, but also grass mowing  and watering the lawn on each site.
There is also a tennis court, football and basketball courts, the use of which is included in the support fee, without additional fees. 

 

Payment scheme

-For Victoria Avenue and Victoria Paradise South: 50% initial payment upon signing the preliminary contract, then equal payments in equal periods until completion of construction;

-For Paradise: 30% initial payment upon signing the preliminary contract, then equal payments in equal periods until the completion of construction.
