Right next door is the approximately 14.5 m ² large bedroom: another retreat for this friendly, bright apartment. Both rooms were each equipped with two windows that can be opened separately.
On the left there is an approx. 3 m ² storage room, which also scores with a practical washing machine connection. Here you simply close the door and it is tidy!
If you head towards the sun's rays, which run like magical guidelines through the huge loggia window, you have already reached the highlight of this charming place to stay: in the friendly, bright and 24 m ² large kitchen! Here exclusive time wants to be spent with the loved ones and eaten together, gossiped and sometimes all fours can be stretched out.
The already announced, approx. 5.4 m ² large and south-facing loggia was lightly tiled and offers a wonderful view at any time of the year or day. Feel-good time is guaranteed here, because a lot is possible out here: flower lovers as well as summer night dreamers, wine tasters and / or extensive afternoon sleepers get their money's worth here!
And even more: on the roof of the building there is a well-kept and wonderfully refreshing communal pool with lying opportunities!
