Kubiak Nieruchomości works based on the MLS WSPON system. The MLS WSPON System Multiple offer is a modern information exchange system between real estate agencies. It is a network of professional real estate brokerage offices that cooperate with each other when selling and renting real estate. Cooperation takes place on strictly defined principles developed by the Warsaw Association of Real Estate Intermediaries. Only system participants have access to detailed data.
The MLS WSPON System is modeled on American solutions characterized by the highest effectiveness that has been successfully functioning in the United States for over 30 years. One of the members of the MLS system in Poland is Jacek Kubiak-the owner of Kubiak Nieruchomości. The system allows you to present to customers all offers from all offices participating in it. The basis of the MLS WSPON system are exclusive contracts concluded with sellers.
