This building has only 6 units all together. Usable area is 124m2 (included terrace). Roof area has Sala & Jacuzzi (under service).
It is one of the best position as it is set back from the main circle and is thus quieter, not overlooked, gets a good view up the gardens to the pool, and also gets the sunsets from the front (lounge) terrace. It has the sea view as well from the roof but about 95% behind the trees.
