Right now you can get a furniture package included in the cost of a house. All 9 houses are of the same layout, but with a different land area that influences the total cost.
The price shown is for the Leasehold option. You can purchase the house for Freehold in the name of Thai company, and the developer would supply the needed documents for 50,000 baht extra.
