Farmhouse from the beginning of the 18th century has always been part of the heritage of a family, historical landowners of the Alt Ampurdàn region of Gerona (Catalonia – Spain) and Navata is a medieval town of great charm, it has a population of 1200 inhabitants. It is a calm and quiet place, with remains of the old castle from the year 1000, and most of the houses in its historic center date from the 15th and 16th centuries, among which is the property.
The house has 1,750m2 built and is configured on two floors, with several rooms inside, decorated with period furniture, a large kitchen, 10 rooms and several shared bathrooms and a toilet.
To the above must be added an annex building of 152 m2 intended for guests consisting of an apartment with a living room and 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms.
The different generations have made the appropriate improvements to the building and at present, both the old part dating from the 18th century and the expanded part in the 21st century are in perfect condition.
The heating system of the house is that of radiators with a diesel boiler.

Alt Emporda area of high cultural interest, ranging from the Greek city of the 6th century B.C. from Ampuries, Romanesque art from the 10th century, to the Dalí museum in Figueres. An important component of Alt Emporda is Perpignan gastronomy.
With two flying clubs (Ordis, 2 km away), and Empuriabrava, (28 km away).
The Torremirona golf club & spa is in the same municipality, and a few km away is the Perelada golf & wine Spa, as well as the Polo Club and several horse riding stables.
The most important yacht clubs are located in Roses, Empuriabrava and l’Escala and just 10 km away. there is the Perelada Casino.
From medieval times, we find the Romanesque churches, the monastery of Vilabertran and that of Sant Pere de Rodes. From a later period, we have the Cathedral of Castelló d’Empúries, in Gothic style, the bastioned fortification of the Castle of Sant Ferrán in Figueres and some modernist buildings. We have the genius of Salvador Dalí and his Theater Museum of Figueras asa de Portlligat.
The farm is part of the history of the region, impregnated with the influence of the most remarkable elements, such as the dolmens and menhirs in the area of Albera and Cap de Creus and the Greco-Roman remains of Empúries and Ciutadella de Roses.
