This is the revitalization of the tenement house at Skaryszewska Street. The tenement house located in Kamionek district of Praga was built in 1936.
The architectural simplicity and minimalist shape of the building indicate that the design of the tenement house was inspired by the functionalist and modernist trends popular in the 1920s and 1930s.
The cubic shape of the building covered with a flat roof will gain a new façade, internal installations, roofs and modern technological solutions in the field of energy services. It is planned to equip the facility with photovoltaic installations and heat pumps, thanks to which this unique place with history will enter the next years of use with the latest eco-trends in construction.
The only details that will stand out on the almost smooth facade will be high windows and balconies with ascetic simplicity of form. As in the case of the building's façade, the interior will also be dominated by white with elements of gray and contrasting graphite.
