The entire project will consist of 14 modern buildings. Here you will find: a volleyball court, 4 playgrounds, an open-air gym, as well as a fountain and many shops and services!
The construction consists of several stages, where 1-, 2-, 3 - and 4-room apartments will be presented, each of which is designed to ensure maximum comfort of residents.
In the presented stage: within the framework of two buildings, it is planned to build 80 apartments located on 7 floors. The offer will include one-room apartments (from 31 m2), as well as 2- and 3-room apartments up to 64 m2. This building will be located in the very center of the project, so that its residents will be able to enjoy the view of the park. It is at this stage of investment that an outdoor gym and a large playground for the youngest will be built. The second building will consist of 7 floors and a total of 98 modern apartments ranging from 30 to 65 m2 will be built. There will be shops on the ground floor of the building.
At a distance of 600 m, an Ecopark with a size of 5 hectares is being created, in which there will be: paddocks-playgrounds for dogs and children's playgrounds.
In the immediate vicinity there are kindergartens, schools, food outlets, Factory shopping center, shops, bus stops, railway station, and all this is just 15 minutes from the center of Warsaw.

The entire project consists of 843 new apartments located in 17 apartment buildings. The buildings have 8 aboveground floors, a ground floor and 1 underground floor.
Ursus is located in the western part of Warsaw and belongs to the smallest districts of the city, covering an area of about 9.4 km2. The area, formerly known as an industrial center with mechanical plants and a brick factory, today performs mainly residential functions. Now the area is inhabited by about 55 thousand people. There are 3 shopping centers in the area: Factory Ursus, Skorosze and Galeria Gawra, as well as the headquarters of Oriflame. The territory of parks: Czechowicki, Hassów i Achera. The distance to the city center is 9 km, so the fastest way to get there is by high-speed trains of the city railway and the Warsaw Suburban Railway.
