Commercial and Service Facility by the A1 Motorway – Invitation to Negotiations!!

INVITATION TO NEGOTIATIONS
regarding the sale of the Port Kopytkowo logistics complex

We hereby invite you to participate in negotiations concerning the acquisition of the Port Kopytkowo logistics complex, located by the A1 motorway, with a total area exceeding 74,000 m².

The complex includes the following facilities and infrastructure:

1. Fuel station,

2. Parking area with 300 parking spaces,

3. Truck wash,

4. Hotel facility,

5. Restaurant facility,

6. Office space,

7. Equipment (movable property).

The purpose of this negotiation procedure is to:

1. Present by the seller the comprehensive legal, technical, and economic documentation of the transaction subject, with particular emphasis on the specifics of the ongoing restructuring proceedings;

2. Obtain from the potential buyer a binding price offer along with other transaction terms;

3. Maximize the satisfaction of creditors within the ongoing restructuring proceedings.

Upon completion of the negotiations, the Administrator may submit a request to the Supervising Judge for approval of the sale of the real estate and movable assets under the terms resulting from the received offer or for the initiation of a tender procedure.

Entities interested in participating in the negotiations may submit their application electronically to:

Negotiations with individual entities may be initiated immediately upon receipt of the application. The expected completion date of the negotiation process is October 28, 2025.

LEGAL NOTICE

1. All arrangements, declarations, and commitments made during the negotiations may require approval by the Supervising Judge overseeing the restructuring proceedings.

2. Participation in the negotiations does not create any obligation to conclude an agreement and does not entitle participants to any claims arising from their participation.

3. The seller reserves the right to terminate the negotiations without providing a reason and to refrain from selecting any of the submitted offers.
