Morinj is a small resort town in the Bay of Kotor, located between the villages of Kostanjica and Liptsy and is 23 km away from Kotor.
The village is literally buried in lush Mediterranean vegetation, fragrant with all possible aromas; laurels, pomegranates, blackberries and figs grow in abundance in the area. The local sand and pebble beach is almost a kilometer long stretch of coast, located next to a crystal clear and shallow bay. Due to its favorable location, the sun illuminates this Montenegrin beach up to 16 hours a day. The purity of sea water is explained by the constant influx of fresh water from the river and canals, local waters are rich in fish, crabs, mussels, lobsters. And the flowering spreading plants surrounding the beach bring a pleasant coolness on a hot sunny day.
Here is the restaurant Catoviсa Mlini, well-known throughout Montenegro, which specializes in fish dishes and offers the best wines.
