The floors are heated due to the tubes system installed in them with a closed cycle, through which warm water, specially heated in an electric boiler flows. The system is very effective and convenient to operate. Each room has a heat regulator. You yourself can control the floor temperature.

Summer -  The cooling system is part of the general system of climateization of the premises and includes modern multi split systems with an inverter that operates both for cold air and hot. A huge plus of the installed system is that the outer unit for each house is only one located in a special technical node and hidden from prying eyes.

Cold and hot water

Each house is connected to central water supply and has its own counter. But only cold water! There is no central hot water supply in Montenegro, so we made sure that hot water in the house was always. An electric boiler of 200 liters is connected to each house, which heats up and retains the heat of unused water. Now hot water is in all bathrooms, as well as in the kitchen.

Electricity

power supply is one of the most critical parts of the project. We tried not to miss anything and installed in the houses a large number of sockets, switches, bulbs and other electrical appliances. The plot, terrace, street, house was completely lit. 160 chandeliers and lamps, more than a kilometer of cable, dozens of sockets, switches, semiautomatic devices.

each house has its own electric counter, and there is also a meter for joint use. Lighting of the territory, streets and houses is connected to it. The backlight turns on automatically. You just have to choose which zones to include.

ventilation

ventilation is one of the most important points for a comfortable and healthy residence. And our houses are perfectly ventilated, thanks to a large number of windows. It is worth mentioning that in all bathrooms, as well as in the laundry, direct -flow ventilation is installed. In addition, all rooms, including a wardrobe and corridor, are connected to a natural ventilation system.

Comfort

We tried to do everything for your comfortable residence. Despite the fact that the houses are built in a quiet place, they are additionally well -isolated. High -quality plastic windows do a great job with all sounds, and also retain heat in the house. All windows have anti -mosquito nets.

We have installed one of the best climate system for private houses today. Now you can heat every square centimeter of your gender with one touch of your hand. In addition, you can heat or cool the air using a split system.

And of course, we installed a fireplace in each house. Because nothing can compare with the living fire, crackling wood and the smell of resin.

In order for you to watch TV, we installed two satellite antennas that are already tuned, and you can connect to them in any room. Also, the Internet was held in each room.

Materials

We used the most advanced and high-quality materials to build a house. Starting with high -quality reinforcement and first -class cement, ending with finishing materials from leading manufacturers from Austria, Germany, Spain, France, Italy.

The house used many natural materials. For example, the walls of the house are finished with a beautiful brown stone, each bar of which is handed manually at a factory in Spain.   And all the fencing of the territory and retaining walls on the terraces was performed by 4 brigades of masons, pulling a stone from huge blocks right on the spot. The base for the house is finished with an Albanian stone. But the stairs in houses are Iranian travertine. We brought him in plates of 200 kg. And then they processed in a stone -cutting shop in Podgoritsa.
