There is also a specially arranged yard, which provides natural isolation from the sounds from the boulevard. Heating and cooling system It includes under-ceiling air conditioning units that will not be visible in the room, hot water underfloor heating in the entire apartment, as well as the preparation of sanitary hot water in boilers connected to the same system. This system is of the DAIKIN brand, powered by ALTHERMA heat pumps, which are located in the yard outside the building and therefore do not take up space and do not make noise and vibrations. This premium system provides everything mentioned above with minimal consumption of electricity. Reception and playground for children There is a reception desk and a caretaker who can help tenants coordinate household maintenance. The complex is designed according to the principle of a closed courtyard, and behind the building in the safest place, there is a playground for children, with video surveillance from the apartment. Parking spaces and storage rooms (garage automation) With each apartment, each customer gets two parking spaces, as well as a storage room in the garage. The garage is designed for comfort, while the ramp from the garage opens automatically using a license plate reader. Possibility of optional purchase of an additional parking space.  Central vacuum cleaner The maintenance of the apartments will be facilitated by the system of a central vacuum cleaner, whose central device is located in the technical room of the apartment. In this way, vacuuming will not produce noise, and dangerous particles, which traditional vacuum cleaners release during vacuuming, are released in a controlled manner outside the apartment. This system works according to the principle of already installed wall sockets, and the tenant’s obligation is only to turn on the hose and start vacuuming. Apartment interior All ceramics in the building are of the Italian brand MARAZZI. The ceramics are of high quality, and of large dimensions. Particular care was taken to ensure that the ceramics and parquet were compatible with the already mentioned hot water floor heating system in the entire apartment, so parquet from the French brand BERRY ALLOC was chosen, with sticks that are more than 2 meters long. The impression is completed by selected JAQUAR sanitary ware. Smart home systems and smart locks The smart home system controls heating and cooling systems, lighting, as well as sockets in apartments. The entire apartment can be controlled completely safely from a mobile device and a tablet in the apartment, which are part of the system. The smart home is a premium product of the Austrian brand LOXONE. Smart locks are also added to this system, which in combination with the security blind door allow the door to be opened with a fingerprint or with the help of a code. Sound and water insulation The waterproofing is from the manufacturer SIKA. The ventilation systems in the building are separate for each apartment, and in this way, we avoided the possible transmission of sounds and smells. Special attention was paid to the elevator of the renowned world brand OTIS, which is silent in operation and designed to accompany the extravagance of the building.
