A beautiful view of the mountains of the north of Budva from each window, and from the third floor and rooftop terrace there is a view of the sea and the island of St. Nicholas.                                                                                             

The hotel consists of a three-story building with terraces for relaxation. 

The roof is flat, operated with its exit. The total area is 592 m2 ( 402 - residential and 190 - terraces ).                                                

Description: The hotel is decorated in a club style according to an exclusive architect project using materials such as natural stone and wood, completely insulated by European standards.  The interior decoration is high-quality and wear-resistant, performed by highly qualified specialists of a licensed company. All rooms have an individual design solution. Waterproofing warranty -50 years.

Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. The climate is equipped with a system, refrigerator, satellite TV ( more than 700 channels ), fully furnished and equipped with all accessories for rental.

There is a Finnish sauna ( capacity of 6 people ), made of hardwood wood with an electric stone « harvia » - 6 kW, a dressing guesthouse and a bathroom with a shower.         In the basement – laundry and household room for inventory, tools.                                              

In the inter-storey span - closed shelves for tourist suitcases and linen storage .

  - in the ( season from May to October inclusive ) the hotel works for vacationers from different countries, but the emphasis is on tourists from Belarus. There are arrangements with travel agencies and private agents.

Vacationers are offered excellent service ( breakfast, transfer, room cleaning, excursions, car rental, beach umbrellas and much more….                                                                              

 - in the wrong season ( the rest of the time in the year ) the hotel works for rent monthly as self-sufficient studios and is very in demand especially among the Slavs, due to its good location and additional services, provided by the hotel .

Public events are held, a sauna and tennis are offered for rent on time.

  The hotel was designed so that if desired, it is possible to expand the area of the building through superstructure construction, which will increase the building area by 190-320m2 and increase the housing stock by another 5 or 8 apartments.  There is a preliminary design and we are ready to help with coordination and construction.                                                                               

 An additional 40 m2 was withdrawn to a non-residential fund, which makes it possible to organize a small cafe with 30 seats with a separate entrance, or to use it for an office or other business .
