KADO KARIM - a modern residential complex, which is not analogous to the Baltics. A team of professionals has been set up to bring it to life, the world's best companies have been invited, and have used the latest development technologies in architecture and design. The author is the world-renowned American designer Karim Rashid, one of the ten most sought after designers in the world. The main architect of the project is a professor - Andis Sīlis.
KADO KARIM - the only project in Latvia, which is the luxury living accommodation in Eastern Europe as part of the Rolls & Royce anniversary book. It was released at the beginning of 2015 in honor of the 90th anniversary of the Rolls-Royce Phantom car.

The complex consists of three functionally related three-storey residential houses - MAISON de KARIM, MAISON de MER, MAISON de PARK, which are performed in the single architectural style, with each of them differing with individual finishing concept;
The project architecture is based on streamlines, rounded shapes, so calm and natural as the surrounding environment. The project was developed by one of the renown architects of Latvia, Andis Silis;
The complex comprises 14 apartments and 7 two-level penthouses of the area of 200-240 m2. Their design provides three-four bedrooms. Apartments may be united. Apartments on the first floor are supplemented with land plots near the house, apartments on the second floor - with balconies. Penthouses on the third floor include spacious roof terraces with their de luxe finishing;
