This renovated home for sale in Apokoronas, Chania is a traditional Cretan house, located in the village of Pemonia. It has a surface of 160 sqms, including 2 bedrooms – one of which is found in the guest room. Its renovation was completed in 2010.
The property consists of 3 units, something very common in traditional Cretan architecture. The main house features a hall, a cosy living room with fireplace, a kitchen with wooden cupboards, a dining area, one bedroom and one bathroom, wooden ceilings, windows overlooking the countryside and also, a terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding nature and White Mountains.
The guest room/studio with its traditional wooden roof, has enough space for a double bed and a wardrobe. The third unit of the property is a warehouse.
The outdoor area between the units is beautiful, with fruit trees, plants, a barbeque, a wood oven, and an old traditional wine press that can be turned into a jacuzzi.
The property has three entrances: one from the parking lot, one from the side of a small church next to it and one from an alley of the village.
