A tourist facility built in 1995 is for sale along with land and a valid permit to expand the facility to a 5* hotel in Seltse. According to the project, the hotel will consist of 175 rooms with 350 beds. The new five-star luxury hotel will also be the first hotel in the European Union to be partly over the sea.
