The city of Saint Vlas is located between the famous resort Sunny Beach and the resort village of Elenite. The area is characterized by the beautiful, picturesque nature of the mountains and the incredible azure Black Sea. The climate of St. Vlas is proven to be suitable for the treatment and restoration of respiratory diseases. St. Vlas is easily accessible: 45 km south is the international airport Burgas, and 90 km north of – airport Varna, 5 km is the popular resort Sunny Beach.
Description of the complex
The complex is located in close proximity to the beach. The shape of the buildings and the distribution of apartments are designed in such a way that all apartments have sea views.
The facade is decorated in neoclassical architectural style in combination with Mediterranean elements. The implementation of the project includes only materials of the highest quality and the latest construction technologies
The complex consists of three buildings. Total number of apartments is 107, studios and apartments with 1st bedroom are offered. Panoramic windows offer a beautiful view of the ancient Nessebar and allow the most natural lighting of the premises in the buildings.
