Family holiday center is located in Byala, Bulgaria.
Situated 800 m from the sea shore overlooking the sea, close to the central infrastructure of the town. The free space in the complex is landscaped, a recreation area, gazebos, barbecue, children's corner are built. The entire complex is fenced in order to restrict access to the stay and recreation area and a well for fresh water.
The town of Byala is the administrative center, located in the central part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, 55 km south of Varna and 65 km north of Burgas. The relief of the region is semi-mountainous, and the climate is moderately continental. The coastline is characterized by a combination of rocky shores, sea bays, extensive beach strips and sand dunes. The total length of the beach is 6,244 m, the sea is clean and calm.
Byala is a center of viticulture and tourism, the traditions of which go back far into the past. The town is surrounded by a large number of vineyards. Quiet family tourism is the main industry in the development of Byala.
The base has 2 parts:
- the first 4-storey building, which has 15 rooms with 6 bathrooms, an area of 400 sq.m, a basement of 50 sq.m, a summer kitchen of 22 sq.m.
- the second newly built one-story building with 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, area 71 sq.m.
Land plot 1420 sq.m.
There is an operating permit and new owners can immediately start using their rooms. Good location, beautiful area, peace and quiet, high-quality construction make the camp a suitable place for permanent or seasonal residence and recreation.
