Description of object: We offer an ideal first point of contact for all Germans who are interested in emigrating from Germany to Bulgaria! This is a complex located in Aheloy. The facility features 3 swimming pools, free loungers, a tennis court, sports field, table tennis, massage services, and many other amenities! The complex is just 300 meters from the sandy beach! Within walking distance, you'll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, the post office, bank, and more. The complex is open year-round, and more than ten German families already live there full-time! It has over 200 apartments of various sizes. We offer fully furnished rentals: This apartment is an example; several similar apartments will be available for rent starting in September. 2-room apartments (approx. 65 m²): EUR250 - with sea view EUR300 Prices are monthly and based on a minimum rental period of 12 months with a valid Bulgarian lease agreement! Shorter rental periods are possible at a small surcharge on the above monthly rent. We require a deposit of 2 months' rent and a one-time agency fee of 0.5 months' rent. You can also bring your own furniture! Items not used from our furniture can be stored for a small fee. Until the lease agreement is registered and the Litschnak card is issued, the apartments have industrial electricity. Afterward, it will be switched to household electricity—this process takes about one week. Fixture and fittings: The apartment features an entrance area with a wardrobe. The living room with an integrated kitchen includes: - Couch - Coffee table - Wall unit - TV - Dining table - Chairs - Curtains - Overlay curtains - Lamp - Air conditioning - Access to the balcony with views of the pool and the sea. The integrated kitchen is equipped with: - Refrigerator - Ceramic cooktop - Microwave - Extractor hood - Sink - Lamp The bedroom features: - Double bed - Wardrobe - Nightstands - Dressing table - Air conditioning - Lamp - Curtains - Overlay curtains The bathroom is designed as a shower bath. The balcony offers views of the pool and the sea and is furnished with a table and chairs. Location: Aheloy is a small town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, about 6 kilometers north of Pomorie and 14 kilometers south of Nessebar. The town is located near the Aheloy River and offers a beautiful view of the Black Sea. Aheloy is known for its relaxed atmosphere and its beautiful beaches. It is a popular destination for tourists who want to explore Bulgaria's coast without being overwhelmed by the crowds in the well-known resorts. The town also offers a range of accommodations, restaurants, and leisure activities for visitors. In Aheloy, visitors can also explore historical sites, including the remains of an ancient Roman settlement and a Byzantine monastery. The town is also a good starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions such as the Pomorie Lakes Nature Reserve.
