Cholakov House is a work of Renaissance architecture. The house was built before the liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish slavery, at the beginning of the 18th century (according to history one of the few not burned by the Kurdzhali raids). It was subsequently renovated and repaired, keeping the spirit of the times. The house is listed in the register of cultural monuments as a cultural monument of local importance. She has been shot even in some historically Bulgarian films. The property consists of two houses located on opposite sides of a high stone walled yard. In one house there are 3 studios and a tavern and in the other one apartment. Location The house is located in the very center of the town of Koprivshtitsa next to the museum of Lyuben Karavelov, at 10 A. Zhilkov Str. 2 minutes away it is located restaurant Bulgaria. In front of it is the river Topolnitsa and the riverside alley. Description of rooms and tavern The accommodation consists of 2 houses in one are situated 3 studios each of which consists of a room, corridor and bathroom. The first floor of the house also has a large tavern equipped with an oven with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dryer. The tavern has a large table for 10-12 people, as well as a fireplace and a 55-inch smart TV. On the same floor there is a studio. On the second floor, through an external wooden staircase leads to a spacious attic, which leads to the two studios. The other house is located on the second floor above the entrance to the yard, consists of an apartment which consists of a transitional bedroom, living room and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with toilet. Each studio has a private bathroom and toilet, fitted with smart flat-screen TVs. There is a stone fountain in the yard and a barbecue.
