Cholakov House is a work of Renaissance architecture. The house was built before the liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish slavery, at the beginning of the 18th century (according to history one of the few not burned by the Kurdzhali raids). It was subsequently renovated and repaired, keeping the spirit of the times. The house is listed in the register of cultural monuments as a cultural monument of local importance.
