The town of Aheloy is located in southeastern Bulgaria on the Great Burgas Bay and is part of the Pomorie municipality. The terrain is mostly flat, with a small hilly area northwest of the town known as Strolata (formerly Strelka Bayir). Aheloy has its own microclimate characterized by the flat landscape, the Balkan Mountains, and the Black Sea. Winters are mild and summers are cool, making the location an attractive holiday destination. Temperatures range from -4 °C to +30 °C. The complex is gated and offers a swimming pool, a relaxation area, and a restaurant. The complex is located in the holiday area of Aheloy, close to Nessebar and Sunny Beach, making it suitable both for living and rental purposes.
