House on a hill in the village of Avgustovo, between the Silichi resort and Logoisk. Large panoramic windows offer beautiful views of the hills. The owners did everything to the highest possible quality; the house was built for themselves. The photo shows the stages of construction and fragments of the house structure during construction. Currently, the house is 85% ready, only finishing work remains. The profile of the wooden beam is complex and creates an excellent grip with each subsequent log. This can be seen from any side. Sanded on the outside and coated with American ZAR paint. The frame of the house was delivered in the fall of 2015 from timber, which was being prepared for construction indoors. The house was immediately covered with a heavy roof, all shrinkage of the house was completed long ago (this is always a critical moment in wooden houses), windows were installed in the fall of 2019. The total weight of the tiles is about 15 tons; for a wooden house this is the best option in terms of shrinkage. Outside, the roof of the house is lined with wind protection, all water drainage (Austrian production) has been carried out. The roof is made of high-quality German clinker tiles in anthracite color.A membrane is laid under the tiles. Inside the house, all the timber is sanded and painted in one layer with high-quality light paint. The entrance doors, there are two of them, one leads into the house, one into a storage room for a lawn mower - high-quality, manufactured by "Steel Line" with maximum thickness and heat and sound insulation. The foundation under the house is pile-grillage. Made with very high quality at all stages, the total number of piles is 100 pcs. +/- . Concrete was used of the highest grade with granite crushed stone. The quality of concrete can be easily assessed by the visible front part of the tape, on which the house itself stands. Very beautiful, high-quality floor-length windows were installed, including sliding windows in the living room-kitchen, with access to the future terrace and the best part of the site. Made our own well. Sewerage - installed in the rough screed of the first floor and equipped, 3 containers for better functioning plus additional drainage. Pipes and outlets from the sewer are routed along the site to the house.There is a rainwater drainage system around the house, there is a special collector where it goes and there is a special drainage - a separate storm drain, it is made separately from the sewer system, which is also already equipped and installed. When it rains, streams from the roof do not wash away the area; the water quietly and intelligently goes into a special tank with drainage. Large-scale work was carried out to improve the profile of the site; in total, about 50 trucks of sand and soil were brought. A very beautiful and high-quality anthracite-colored fence was installed (manufactured by Wisniowski, a subsidiary of the Belgian company BetaFence), on the one hand it does not interfere with the views around, on the other hand it performs a function. Sliding gates were installed, controlled from a remote control from the same manufacturer. The warranty on the polymer coating of the fence is 25 years. A beautiful spruce from the nursery was planted and can be seen from the living room and kitchen. The spruce does not grow huge, a maximum of 6-7 meters, which is convenient and proportional. The house is visually separated from the road by a row of beautiful and mature thujas.Along the perimeter of the house around the foundation, the soil for the future blind area has already been replaced with paving slabs - PGS and sand plus compaction. A gabion retaining wall (filled with stones) with a high-quality foundation underneath. Light is supplied to the house: 3 phases, 380 volts (you can charge an electric car), with a maximum permissible load of 24 kilowatts (this is the maximum that can be requested, this is not always stated). Gas runs right past the site, you just need to connect it. There is a certain amount of boards and wood for further work, there are several trucks of sand and crushed stone. Nearby, in the village, a new quarter of individual housing is being developed and people live there, which is nice and convenient; new houses are being built and have already been built. You can always drive up to the house along the road, even in winter; there is asphalt almost all the way to the house. Agreement number with the agency 831 dated 2024-06-05
