All floors have a relatively flat residential development with a direct view of the valley. The basement is the mountain-connected basis for the hotel and includes representation and distribution areas, restaurants and central uses. The hotel driveway and guest access are invitingly located directly on the street and, like the hotel lobby, have a beautiful view over the outside staircase into the valley. The suite floors allow practically all suites to be oriented towards the valley and to the south or west.
Selling price 6,500,000 EUR. The development study was commissioned for 500,000 and is included in the sales price.
