Additional description: The Tuscan villa is located on the plain of the Celje basin in the village of Zadobrova and north of the Hoče-Arja vas highway.

The villa was built with high quality and low energy in 2012 and was occupied in 2015. It is built with a 30 cm Porotherm Wienerberger natural wall system and a 20 cm Demit facade. Next to the villa is a 25 m2 office with its own toilet. The new OPN is being accepted and the plot with an area of ​​1,041 m2, which is now agricultural land, will become a building plot and it will be possible to build a swimming pool or an additional house for resale or for own purposes, which we estimate at a value of 120,000.00 euros and is included in purchase price as a whole.
