The new complex is under construction and will be completed in 2023. It was designed by our architectural team to offer unique comfort and functionality. It consists of 6 maisonettes whose areas vary from 160m2 to 175 m2. All maisonettes are spacious, sunny, with private garden and private pool ( 24-27m2 ). The design of the pools gives a continuity and a special style to the whole complex. Each maisonette consists of a basement, ground floor and attic. Each of them has 4 spacious bedrooms, two of which are in the basement and the other two on the first floor. Also, each maisonette has 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. Three parking places are available for each house, a solar water heater, a pre-installation for heat pump heating and a pre-installation for security cameras.
